Hamilton Lacrosse will be offering multiple opportunities for kids to come out and try lacrosse in Hamilton.   When registering for Try Lacrosse, you will be promoted to select the date that you prefer to attend.

2026 Dates:  

1. January 24th- Two Sessions: 2-3pm OR 3-4pm- Eastwood Arena, 111 Burlington Street East, Hamilton Ontario, L8L 4G9

2. February 21st- Two Sessions:  2-3pm OR 3-4pm- Eastwood Arena, 111 Burlington Street East, Hamilton Ontario, L8L 4G9

*We ask that attendance is limited to 1 session as demand for our Try Lacrosse program is high, coupled with space limitations at facilities,  and we want to ensure that all interested kids get the chance to participate!

More Info:  The sessions are geared to new players and their families and will give brand new players the skills necessary to start their box or field lacrosse season. Sessions are for boys and girls ages 3 (2022 birth year) and up.   Hamilton Lacrosse Alumni will answer parent questions regarding equipment etc, and give new players a tip or two they will take to their game. 

All participants must have a caged helmet and running shoes. If you have hockey gloves, bring them along.

HLA will provide a stick to borrow for the session for those who do not have one.
