LACROSSE IS COMING!
The Ontario Lacrosse Association has published their Return to play Guidelines for the 2021 season. The Return to Play plan is a phased approach to programming that changes as a regions public health colour code improves. Based on the colour classification of Hamilton, programing this season will start with small group skills training and will transition to local league play, and eventually to regional play for those in our Bengals rep program.
For us to accurately plan and quickly develop our programing for the 2021 season, we need all families to complete our pre-registration survey. There is no payment required at this time. Your responses will be critical to helping us finalize our programing this season. If you have more than 1 player in your family, we ask that you take the time to complete this survey for EACH of your participants.
The survey will only take you two minutes to complete and will remain open for ONLY 7 days.
HLA is committed to getting our house league and rep players back on the floor and we hope to have programing and registration details to you soon!
The OLA has published the official Return to Play Guidelines for the 2021 season. This document can be accessed via the link below.
For the upcoming season, the OLA has indicated that there will be no physical contact as part of the game. They have also communicated that there will be no tournaments and no Provincials this season.
With these guidelines in place we still strongly believe we can provide a great lacrosse experience for HLA players and their families. We look forward to seeing everyone in the rinks and at the fields this year!
