The Hamilton Bengals Jr. B Lacrosse Club is excited to partner again with the Brantford Warriors Jr. C Lacrosse Club and our Hamilton Bengals Intermediate Team.

Once again we will start camp with players who are interested in playing for any of the three teams.  We encourage players who want to play Intermediate or Jr. C, to come to the early Jr. B camps to assist in your preparation for the 2020 season.  Coaches and management from all three teams will be in attendance for these tryouts and will engage in open dialogue concerning players and where they fit.

Our joint training schedule for the Jr. B and Jr. C teams is as follows:

Identification Camps:

• Saturday Feb 15th,  6-8 PM at ILA
• Saturday Feb 29th,  6-8 PM at ILA

Hamilton Bengals Jr. B Training Camp:

•  Monday March 2nd, 7-9 PM at ILA
•  Monday March 9th, 7-9 PM at ILA
•  Monday March 16th, 7-9 PM at ILA
•  Monday March 23rd, 7-9 PM at ILA
•  Monday March 30th, 7-9 PM at ILA

The cost for these sessions is $10 or $40 for all five.  Please make sure you are at the facility at least 30 minutes prior to start of floor time to check in and receive instruction from the coaching staff.

The OLA requires that all players must be pre-registered in the appropriate OLA online registration portal.

Players that played Midget or Intermediate last year regardless of where you are from please use this link;  Hamilton Lacrosse Association Online Portal. Since this registration process was online last year,  many will not have to create a new profile.

YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE BEFORE THE CAMP.  YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF REGISTRATION.  Jr. AGED PLAYERS FROM OUTSIDE HAMILTON - BRANTFORD CATCHMENT AREA WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PERMISSION TO RUN DOCUMENTATIONS FROM THEIR HOME Jr. CLUB.

Players continuing in the selection process will then be invited to participate in the following preseason events  and practices before final roster decisions are made.

SIX NATIONS PRE-SEASON JR. B TOURNAMENT

• Saturday April 4th: All day Tournament at ILA - Games Times TBA

PRACTICES

• Tuesday April 7th: Practice 8-10 PM, location TBD

• Thursday April 9th: Practice 8-10 PM, location TBD

BRAMPTON PRE-SEASON EVENT

• Saturday April 11th: Games at 12 PM and 4PM

The Brantford Jr. C team and Hamilton Intermediate teams will then hold a camp for their teams.

The Hamilton Jr. B team is proud to operate a very close relationship and affiliation with both the Brantford Warriors Jr. C team and the Hamilton Intermediate Team. There are definite  opportunities for players who make the Intermediate squad to play games for the Jr. C and Jr. B teams and for Jr. C players to play Jr. B games.  We pride ourselves on this affiliation and development of players.
