Rep Box Lacrosse
Hamilton Lacrosse also offers Rep Level lacrosse with the team name of "Hamilton Bengals", for those interested in participating at a higher level of competition. Bengal teams play against other lacrosse associations from all over Ontario. Rep teams travel in the OLA’s Zone 9 for regular season games and to various weekend tournaments from April to August. Bengal tryouts start in early April for boys’ and girls’ teams. All participants must be registered with HLA before they can try out. There is an additional cost required to play at the rep level.
Regular Season games take place between Zone 9 Centres: Burlington, Fort Erie, Hamilton, Lincoln, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharine's, Simcoe, Six Nations, and Welland. Not all Centres have teams in all age groups.

Tryout Details:
Location: Stoney Creek Arena, 37 King St W, Stoney Creek, ON L8G 1H7
Tryout Fee: $60. Payment options are EXACT Cash or Debit* at tryouts
All players must try out for a 1 TEAM in order to be considered for a 2 TEAM
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND HAVE COMPLETED PAYMENT FOR A BOX LACROSSE PRODUCT BEFORE THEY CAN TRYOUT FOR ANY REP TEAM. PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE HL REGISTRATION AT TRYOUTS. THIS MUST BE DONE IN ADVANCE.
*Debit transactions will have a 10 cent service fee
REP FITTING NIGHT
- All Bengals players will be asked to attend a rep fitting night on April 19th 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Location: Dave Andreychuk Arena (Mountain Arena): 25 Hester Street, Hamilton
- Players will be fitted for shorts, warm up shirt, golf shirts
- Additional Bengals gear will be available for purchase!
- Can’t make the fitting night- You will have to visit THQ directly by April 21st at the latest!
