When Will Programing Start:

• House League program will run from April 24* to June 26th.  *Please note that the start date is subject to changing by a week as we wait for ice out dates from the city
• Programing will run Monday & Wednesdays with no weekends!

Program Details:

U5/U7 Soft/Paperweight (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017) Program:

• U5/U7 is a non-contact program that lets kids learn in a fun environment, developing lacrosse skills through play with hands on coaching
• Players will be on the floor 1 hour a week
• Programing will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays for these age groups with parents able to select the day that works best for their schedule
• All players will receive a Hamilton Lacrosse dry fit t-shirt
• All NEW PLAYER registrations in the paperweight program are eligible for a FREE stick valued at $50
• Helmet & Gloves are all you need to play (you can use your Hockey Helmet & Gloves)             

U9 (2016, 2015) Program:

• U9 is a non-contact program that lets kids learn in a fun environment, developing lacrosse skills through play with hands on coaching
• Players will be on the floor twice a week for an hour
• Programing will run on Monday and Wednesday nights
• All players will receive a Hamilton Lacrosse team jersey
• All NEW TO LACROSSE registrations in the Tyke program are eligible for a FREE stick valued at $50

U11 (2014, 2013) Programs:

• Program allows kids to develop skills through hands on coaching and playing competitive games
• Players will be on the floor twice a week for an hour
• Programing will run on Monday and Wednesday nights
• All players will receive a Hamilton Lacrosse team jersey

U13 (2012, 2011) Programs:

• Program allows kids to develop skills through hands on coaching and playing competitive games
• Players will be on the floor twice a week for an hour
• Programing will run on Monday and Wednesday nights
• All players will receive a Hamilton Lacrosse team jersey

• This house league division will run pending adequate enrollment numbers.  As in the 2022 season, if we do not have enough players, we will offer the option of either a full refund OR the opportunity to play on a modified travel team

U15 (2010, 2009)/ U17 (2008/2007) Programs:

• These programs will only be offered as travel teams at the rep level. Please visit the Rep Box section of our website for more details

Programing Location:

• We are currently working with the City of Hamilton to confirm all venue locations.  As with previous seasons we will be using rink facilities on the Hamilton Mountain.  Programing will move around at the start of the season until we land at our Home Rink of Chedoke mid- May.

Program Times:

• Programing will run between 6pm-9pm with younger players taking the floor in the earlier time slots.  Exact start times for each division will be established once we have facilities confirmed.

Program Costs & Registration:

We are excited to announce that there is NO INCREASE in our base  house league registration costs for the 2023 season!  The team has worked hard to keep lacrosse as accessible as possible for all players.

OMFLL Spring Field Registration IS OPEN

Program Details:

The 2023 Field Lacrosse season is just around the corner and we are excited to announce our pre-season plans!

NEW THIS SEASON- Hamilton Lacrosse will be offering Tune-up/Skills sessions as part of our pre-season/tryout process.  These session will be included as part of your 2023 field lacrosse registration! 

Tune up/ skills sessions will give returning players the chance to get a stick in hand & work on field lacrosse skill development.

All field lacrosse tune up/skills sessions & tryouts will take place at:

Wentworth Arenas: 2100 Main Street West, Hamilton Ontario

To participate in boys field pre-season programming, your player MUST be registered through the OLA registration portal.

2023 Program Costs:

U9 - 2016/2016   $230

U11 - 2014/2013  $330

U13 - 2012/2011  $330

U15 - 2010/2009  $330

U17 - 2008/2007  $330

Girls' Field Registration IS COMING

Hamilton offers outdoor field lacrosse for girls ages 4 and up.

Program Details:

• House league starts mid-May and runs Tuesday and Thursdays until mid-July
• House league is in Hamilton at Mohawk Sports Park with skills on Tuesday and games on Thursday and is for girls ages 4 to 13.
• New this year: all participants register for their age division and rep tryouts will be held in April for players interested in a more competitive level of lacrosse.
• Rep (Bengal) tryout dates and coaches to be announced.
• Rep teams travel to OWFL host centres on weekends for their game day. Some other travel may be required.
• To try out for rep you must be registered and paid in the girls field program. Additional "Bengal" fees wil be charged to cover extra practice and game play.
• Rep teams offered in U11, U13, U15, U19 and Senior.

• Rep season will run April to the first weekend in August. Games will start mid-May.

Program Cost:

We have worked to keep costs minimal for the summer 2022 season:

• House league all ages 4-14 is $175 until March 15. Late registration after March 15 is $200
• U6 Baby Bengals program (Tuesdays only) is $90. Late fee is $110

Rep fees: additional cost is incurred playing OWFL.

• U11 (2013, 2012)  $280
• U13 (2011, 2010) $300
• U15 (2009, 2008) $340
• U19 (2007, 2006, 2005, 2004) rep fees are $525 until March 31. Late registration after March 31 is $600
• Senior (2003 and older) is $300
