This week we get our Soft Lacrosse and Paperweight divisions started!  You should have received a welcome email with some details.  Any first time players who haven't received their free stick, we will have them available at the arenas.  Please see you time and locations list here:

Teams: Seals & Swarm:  April 30th 6-7pm at Lawfield Arena, 150 Folkestone Ave, Hamilton

Sr Paperweight (2013/2014)

Teams: Bandits & Wings April 30th 7-8pm at Lawfield Arena, 150 Folkestone Ave, Hamilton  
Teams:  Rock & Roughnecks 6-7pm at Mountain Arena, 25 Hester St, Hamilton
