GIRLS' FIELD RETURN TO ACTIVITY 2020

Hamilton Lacrosse Important Update

Dear Hamilton Lacrosse Families,

On June 11th, the Ontario Lacrosse Association announced the cancellation of regularly-scheduled box lacrosse programming for 2020.  This communication can be found at: https://ontariolacrosse.com/news

Although we knew this was likely the outcome, it is still difficult news for everyone who supports and is involved with Hamilton Lacrosse.

While the traditional lacrosse season will not occur this year, the OLA is actively working on a Return to Activity/Play plan for fundamental skill development, drills, and local outdoor activities for associations across Ontario.  The OLA also remains hopeful that minor boys field lacrosse will run this year as a fall program.

Women’s field lacrosse regular competitive programming has been cancelled as per OWFL https://www.instagram.com/p/CAf1d0iBaGx/?igshid=1jh198qbwrhg4

We are hoping to hold outdoor skill sessions for the girls if Hamilton fields open with safety precautions in place.
